Fall also brought on the scariest day of my life. We were playing at an indoor playground when Wesley was hit by a bucket swing. The swing knocked him off his feet and he hit his head. He became unconscious and then had a seizure. We called 911 and took him to the hospital. Within 10 minutes he had a CT scan of his head. There was no damage but he did have a bad concussion and was unresponsive for 2 hours. I was so scared! I was so happy when he woke up. We went to the neurologist and yesterday had an EEG done. An EEG is a test checking for abnormal brain waves. It took 20 minutes for the electrodes to be put on his head. Then they put Wesley and I in a room for him to take a nap for an hour. He did exactly what he was suppose to do. I was so proud of him. We won't find out the results for a week. If the test is abnormal then he will have an MRI next week. I'm praying that all is normal and we won't have to do that. Wesley is now doing much better. During that time he was also sick with a sinus infection and a croupy cough. He ended up being on antibiotics for 15 days. It took a couple of weeks but he is finally acting like his old self.

Maria is doing great! She is getting to be such a big girl. I can't believe she is going to be 4 in a couple of weeks. She still is doing lot's of coloring, singing and dancing. We have been working on writing and reading. She is writing words and is doing good with the sounds of the alphabet. I don't think it will be too much longer before she is reading. I love my beautiful smart girl!
Hope you enjoy the pictures!
