This past Sunday, Maria went with her Nana and Papa to visit her cousin Hattie. My sister Hannah made these dresses. She is so talented that she did it without a pattern!

Maria and Hattie love each other so much! They are both going to be flower girls in my brothers wedding in October.

karate belts, party and lost tooth!

Wesley got his next karate belt.  He worked really hard and is such a good leader for the younger kids. His evaluation stated that he always has a very good attitude. I'm a very proud mommy!

Wesley lost his first tooth. I was helping him put on his karate uniform and it just popped out!

Maria's 1st grade class. She will start 2nd grade July 11th. Her class today had a party with games. It was lot's of fun!

Maria worked so hard to learn how to do a cartwheel last year. Now she can do them one handed!

Raven Rock State Park

This past Saturday we went on a hike at a state park that is about an hour drive. The temp. was low 80's and not a cloud in the sky. I was so impressed because the kid's walked 3.2 miles. There was a little bit of complaining at the end but besides that they were amazing!

My job had a family day in May. They had face painting, tattoo's, bouncy houses, etc. It was so much fun.

Maria at her dance recital. Maria is growing up so fast. I can't believe she is going to be 8 this year! She starts 2nd grade on July 11th.

Sebastian's birthday

The kid's helped make Sebastian's birthday cake. They both like helping out in the kitchen. The picture below is of the kid's after they put on a little play for Sebastian for his birthday. They did an awesome job and it was so cute! I didn't know they were going to do it or I would have gotten a video of it.

Zoo trip

We took our annual Mother's Day trip to the zoo. It was a beautiful day!

Sebastian and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in April. We got engaged at the zoo on this bench. Maria took the picture. :)

March 2016

Maria had been wanting to take ice skating lessons. I won lessons in an auction and she has had so much fun learning. Since her lessons she has gone to a ice skating birthday party and ice skating camp during her school break. 

Easter egg hunt

In March the kid's had a school break. There favorite camp is drama camp. The put on the play Hansel and Gretel. Maria was the Old Hag and Wesley was a dwarf. Both kids do so good on stage. They both memorized all their lines and speak loudly and clearly. Sebastian and I are so proud of them!

Maria is at that age that she likes to try on clothes when shopping. She picked out about 10 Easter dresses to try on. This bright yellow dress is the one that she chose. My beautiful girl!
