March 2013
It is March and should be spring but we have been having cooler than normal weather. The kid's and I are ready for warm weather so we can get outside and start playing again. This month has been a sick month for us. Both kid's have the stomach bug. Then Wesley got pneumonia. I got some type of the a bug and had a fever for a couple of days. Then Maria got a severe ear infection. Sebastian has now been sick the last 4 days. He is now starting to feel better. I hope that we have got all our sickness out for the year. My computer has died so I haven't had a chance to update the blog recenetly. I'm hoping we can get it fixed or a new one soon.
Wesley is getting to be a little boy. His face is starting to get thinner and he is losing his baby fat. Even though he is growing up he is still my baby. He loves to give me hugs and kisses. Of course we have our cuddle times. He is now sleeping in a big boy bed. It took awhile because he loved his crib. Wesley loves playing sports. We are taking a class once a week with Oma and Annalise and the local community center. Every week they play a different sport. Wesley favorite sport is basketball. He has a little hoop and he wants it as high as it will go. He has really gotten good at shooting the ball. We also got him a scooter. He picked up on it so quickly. Wesley is also talking nonstop!!! If you don't respond to him when he is talking to you he will keep repeating it until you acknowledge him.
Maria is my beautiful, smart, kind girl. Her favorite things right now is dancing, putting together puzzles and playing games. She can put together 48 piece puzzle without help. Her favorite game is candyland. We play that game everyday!! Maria also enjoys coloring, drawing and writing. She wants to write poems and is always asking me how to spell words. She can write every letter in the alphabet.
